Katie Jobbins, DO, MS, FACP is an Associate Program Director in the Internal Medicine Department and Assistant Professor at UMMS-Baystate in Springfield, MA. Dr. Jobbins received her undergraduate degree in Nutrition Science from Syracuse University and her Masters in Science from Case Western Reserve University in Nutrition and Metabolism. She attended Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine where she graduated in 2010. In her current role as Associate Program Director in the UMMS-Baystate Department of Internal Medicine, Dr. Jobbins serves as the director of the resident self-reflection, wellness, and co-director of the humanities track. She is also the co-chair of Wellness for the health system. Dr. Jobbins is a certified Life Coach in the Mind Firm Method through The Coach Firm. Coaching expertise includes: curating professional skill development , intentional career development plans, Early Career Physician Mentorship, fitness motivation, weight loss/diet, imposter syndrome, and disappointment/difficult decisions.
I work 1:1 for 6 months with my clients to help overcome difficult conversations and decisions.
